If you’ve been living with rheumatoid arthritis, and you’re looking to ignite your health naturally, then you probably already know that digestion and diet affects inflammation. And you’ve probably noticed that too much exercise or stress or sleep can also affect your joints. Ayurveda provides the framework for understanding how diet, lifestyle, and stress reduction fit together, specific to RA.
This program gives you a personalized map and individualized action plan to shape your food, habits, and mindset to reduce pain and inflammation while increasing mobility and energy.
Discover:
habits
The same mind that can’t stop freaking out about the future… is also the mind that can alter your pain response (for the better), release your body’s natural painkillers, and help digest your food.
hunger
The same body with unpredictable flare-ups, joint pain, and energy drains… is the body that can be regulated, predictable, balanced, and healed through tweaking food choices and habits.
happiness
The same inner connection — through nature, communication, Spirit, integrity – can be practiced through breath, meditation, mindfulness to reduce pain, strengthen immunity, and give you the tools to ride the ups-and-downs of life with ease.
real talk: you may have tried other systems before
Maybe you’ve done the Whole 30, or spent some paychecks on Paleo, attempted AIP and had a ton of questions, invested in a workout app, or a meditation course. And those habits slowly shedded away. Maybe you hit a mental speed bump, a slump of hopelessness, or an extended case of the EFF-its.
It’s not you. Making changes is hard, and I’m guessing you’ve learned a thing or two along the way. Every single thing you’ve tried before has led you to this moment; none of it is wasted. And you haven’t given up. Because you’re here.

“I have been stunned at how much this has helped. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I've been trying for months to decrease my prednisone but I haven't been able to because of the pain. And in the last week I’ve decreased it by 1.5 mgs and I’m taking no ibuprofen, which is just so exciting because I've been in a flare for almost a year. I’m just so floored and so thankful and really hopeful. I’m becoming so much more aware of my digestion and my habits and it's all very exciting.”

I’m Paleo/GF/ Vegetarian/ etc
No worries. Ayurveda explains the qualities of every food, and we’ll spend plenty of time talking about how to make the Ayurvedic diet for RA work for you. You’ll learn why you might choose one food over another, what are the best substitutes and choices, and be able to incorporate this knowledge into a meal plan that works for you and your family.
What if I’m taking meds?
Not a problem; there’s no judgement or belief about one system being better than another. All of the recommendations and changes in this program are designed to address the root causes of RA, heal digestion, reduce pain and inflammation, manage stress, and enable you to live a joyous, full life.
Truth: I grew up on Chefboyardee Spaghettios and Lunchables. Yes, you can do this. All the recipes are straightforward one-pot cooking with very little preparation time. There are even cooking videos including basic knife skills, personal chef kitchen secrets, and videos showing the recipes. If you’re new to cooking, your confidence in the kitchen will get a serious boost.
I’m not a good cook. Can I do this?
Are the ingredients expensive?
This is one of the best parts of Ayurvedic cooking: you will save SO much money on food. No joke. With a basic emphasis on rice, lentils, spices, vegetables… take your extra grocery money and take a weekend retreat.
I’ve had RA for 20 years; can this help me?
Yes. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with this disease for decades, you will receive the knowledge and action plan for your body. Ayurveda identifies two stages of the disease and you will learn how to tell between them and then change your diet and lifestyle accordingly. You will likely find yourself thinking “this makes so much sense!” a dozen times during the program!
